We sell only fresh eggs, and we follow the NH state food guidelines for chicken eggs.
All our duck eggs are hand-washed with a vinegar and peroxide solution and fresh water. We “candle” all eggs for quality. Keep them refrigerated below 45° F for maximum food safety and quality.
